Storyboarding a movie is often a daunting task and one most filmmakers either don't do, or start and then never finish (been there, done that!).
And while storyboards are not always necessary, than can definitely help show your crew - and even cast - what shots you want to get to tell the story.
On our recent short film "First Dance" we used a storyboarding app called Storyboard Animator and it's by far the easiest storyboard app we've ever used.
